So I had no hesitation hiring them when tenants with multiple cats vacated their apartment. Chuck Turner showed up and tried to fix the issue. However, despite his best efforts, he was unable to completely rid the apartment of the odors. I was both surprised and pleased that he was able to recommend a competitor who uses a different odor removal method. After two companies and a lot of hard work, I am happy to say we're 100% rid of the odor issue. I can't say enough though, about Turner Carpet & Upholstery, they offer fair pricing, integrity and everything you'd expect from a great carpet cleaner. I would have no qualms recommending them.
