Scheduling the work even with short notice and poor weather conditions Chuck was able to meet my needs. I received a courtesy call 15 minutes before their arrival and right on time. What impressed me was Chucks equipment - hotter water temperature means less water in your carpet / pad and much faster dry time. For the age of the carpet it looks great - I have already recommended Turner carpet cleaning to others.
