Before we called Chuck, I was afraid we were going to have to replace our hallway and bedroom carpets. Chuck told me not to worry, they would have them back to the original cream color and that's exactly what they did. Now they are like NEW...white and creamy.

I had used our personal carpet cleaning machine, but it just seemed like I couldn't get it clean. Chuck explained the science behind the chemicals I had been using and how I was attracting dirt to my carpets. He also suggested a cleaner for my downstairs furniture that I could see lift the dirt out of my furniture as I wiped it off with a white cloth. AMAZING!
