I needed pipes to my bathtub, bathroom sink, toilet, and laundry tub replaced. Firm provided an estimate via a narrative and flat dollar amount. I requested a breakdown between labor and materials to judge its reasonableness but it was not provided. Work was contracted anyway, thinking that it was probably industry practice not to have such a breakdown.

Workers were polite and professional and work done in five hours. Found that the connections to the bathroom sink were incorrect: hot to cold and cold to hot, even though PEX piping was color coded and hot riser had an "H" written on it. Workers returned the next week and corrected connection.

Error was probably inadvertent and was promptly corrected.

I am otherwise satisfied with the experience.
