Howie came out within 30 minutes of us calling and started working on our very hesitant plugged sink drain. He tried do the most cost effective for us approach, by using a lighter weight snake. But plug was recalcitrant and ultimately he had to use a more heavy duty and longer snake. He replaced the drain and strainer due to its age and was very reasonable with the charges. He even got it done before the dishwasher installer came to put in the new dishwasher. We recommend Howie and St Paul Pipeworks due to this great experience
