Mike arrived when expected, sympathized with the cost of replacing the aged toilet but convincingly explained why it would be more cost effective in the end, was prepared with another toilet in the truck, installed it efficiently and was out of here. He was pleasant, friendly, professional, and-- what I appreciated-- commiserated with the cost of the whole endeavor.
