We had water leaking from a shutoff valve in our bathroom. I called St Paul Pipeworks and we scheduled the work for the next day. The plumber called on the day of the appointment and asked if he could come out a little early. After assessing the situation, he said that we had some issues with corrosion and needed to replace another valve as well. He replaced the leaky valve and the other one he'd identified as also being corroded and gave us 50 percent off of the second valve. The plumber was very knowledgeable about corrosion.
He was friendly and polite. He was timely and he cleaned up after completing the installation. St. Paul Pipeworks went above and beyond the whole time to take care of my issue. The whole experience was the best plumbing experience I ever had! I have already recommended St. Paul Pipeworks to others.
