I called on Saturday about chemical fumes seeping into my home through the bathrooms. It was so severe that I had to move out of my house. I had worked with the County for over a week trying to determine the source of the fumes, to no avail.

I lucked out when Kewin (General Manager) picked up the phone on Saturday morning, and told me it was probably the chlorine in the drinking water supply, which they use in the spring to clean the pipes. He knew my location and said I was getting a heavy dose, and that I should run all the faucets and air out the house.

IT WORKED! I am now back in my home. While there is a residual odor in the bathrooms, it is not as strong and I just keep the doors closed with the exhaust running. The County apparently front loads the chemical and then tapers the "dose."

I fully expected an answering service and a home visit the following week, but Kewin was very sympathetic and told me to try this first before he sent anyone out. He has made a friend for life - I'm so grateful for his help, and to know that All Plumbing is here when I need them.
