I should have listened to the bad reviews, before making a reservation to do my move with this company. I made a reservation and they charged my credit card with a deposit amount. I ended up cancelling my reservation in less than 24 hours due to unforeseen reasons and the agent at New England Movers told me that I would get a full refund to my credit card right away. After 3 months and many phone calls and e-mails, I still haven't been credited for the deposit. This company is a scam.
