I don't usually leave online reviews but I had such a great experience working with Jennings plumbing - it would be a disservice to my community not to share my experience.

I suspected a hot water leak under my kitchen floor and contacted Jennings Plumbing through Fidelity home warranty. Michael Campbell and Joseph conducted leak detection. They were very thorough and took time to explain what they were doing and why. They gave me repair options - possible paths that I can take and then provided cost benefit for each option. They were punctual, called ahead of time and arrived early.

Sabrina was extremely patient and explained the warranty process, repair options and the cost in detail. Chelsie was very helpful and she followed up on my requests quite quickly (info on email literally within 5 minutes after hanging up).

Michael Pruitt and David did their best to contain the digging to only two tiles or less. They even tried to pop out tiles so they can be reused. Complexity arose when the leak was found inside the foundation beam. These two worked hard and relentlessly until the work was done. Everything was explained to me at each step. It was a long day for these two gentlemen and the work they did reflect their effort.

Overall my experience going through this process was so much easier than I originally expected. I will recommend Jennings Plumbing to my friends, family and anyone that I know.
