I was not happy with the service I received from Healthy Carpet Care. The cleaning was for a vacant rental house. When Healthy Carpet arrived at the vacant house, they immediately called for my credit card information upfront before cleaning. So I gave them the information and they charged me nearly five hundred dollars. It turns out that another company had just been there two days earlier to clean the carpet and the guys from Healthy Carpet Care didn't bother to mention that it looked like it was freshly cleaned when they called me on Wednesday for my credit card information. Since it was a vacant rental, there wasn't anyone there between cleanings. So when the first company sent me a bill for their services done on Monday, I ended up paying twice for the same project. Not to mention that the first company charged me half as much as Healthy Carpet. It was partly my fault because I got confused about who I had hired and thought I was talking to the same company. Then I got further confused by the first cleaning being done on Monday without paying upfront, followed by the second cleaning on Wednesday with payment over the phone. It took some gumption on the part of Healthy Carpet Care to clean an already clean carpet and charge me double the price.
