I have never been so disappointed in carpet care than I am with Copsey's Carpet Cleaning. I paid $350.00, and he didn't even get the big, black stain out. He supposedly cleaned all the rooms in my house. He said there are 1000 square feet. I had to go back (in three feet of snow) and clean my carpets myself. I used my own carpet cleaner, and I got the stain out. I got it to where it looks half-way decent. This was the first time I've used Copsey's Carpet Cleaning. And I will never use them again. My realtor recommended them. He felt so bad, he offered to pay me the $350.00 I lost. There weren't even any lines on the carpet when he was done. He said it was because it was nylon. I'm wondering if he did anything at all. Scheduling was easy. But that was the only thing that went well. And he wasn't friendly. I don't know what his name is. But he was short and had gray hair. I definitely do not recommend Copsey's Carpet Cleaning to anyone!
