I am a repeat customer of Copsey's Carpet Cleaning. I have found their employees to be friendly and courteous people, who show up as scheduled. I am particularly impressed by their great customer service. They are very quick in responding to me, and have even done some pro bono work for me on occasion. That is, they came back out the next day, and did not charge me for it. I really appreciated that!
