Our carpet cleaner arrived on time and did a great job with wall to wall upstairs rugs. he also brought two area rugs that he had picked up last week for off-site cleaning. He managed to move all our heavy bedroom furniture back into place on his own and was well mannered and clean. I had origannly called when we spilled red wine on one of the wool area rugs. They gave great advice and took care of everything.
