We had used Armstrong some time ago to repair and redo an older hardwood floor so decided to have them quote on a new engineered wood floor. Initially had a mix-up on an appointment time to which Armstrong reacted very quickly and worked outside of their regular schedule. The initial quote was prepared the same day and ended up being the least expensive of three quotes.
The work was scheduled and installers arrived on time. The project involved 3 connecting rooms (entryway, dining room to one side and parlor to the other side) and the time from arrival to departure of the installing crew was just over 5 hours. I had done the floor prep work (and also later placed baseboard myself) so all they had to do was lay wood, but work was performed quickly. I am somewhat of a woodworker so am very critical of this type of work and I can say that they squared the rooms well and the line that ran across three of the rooms was straight. The clean-up was also very complete. Job well done and the wife is 'Happy'.
