I thought the process would be so difficult, that we were not sure if we wanted to go through with it. We went ahead and booked the job and we are so glad we did! The floors are beautiful and when we needed a couple of touch ups they came right away and fixed the spots. They painted all the quarter round to cover damage, which made them look like new! It is like we have a new house again!
