The online price was good and the order produced an immediate emailed response. I had a question about expected shipping date and called, got an immediate answer and corrected the information (typographical error that would have meant a significant delay in shipping). They promptly followed up with the corrected date on email. The shipping company provided frequent tracking updates. The delivery driver went above & beyond, helping get the product up a short driveway. I am still awaiting transition strips that are on back order. Overall I am very pleased and would again do business with OnFlooring.com. The flooring looks great, too.
