Shipping protection needs improvement
The service was good, the packaging of the boxes was not. They were just strapped on pallets. A previous order I had received utilized edge protectors to avoid damages. Therefore this shipment had one box visibly damaged - this was returned and replaced - but there was another one on the bottom of the pallet which had a damaged plank, this I did not discover until I opened the box.
