Marc calmly and informatively answered every one of my queries. He was intelligent, helpful, and more than reassuring. I made my order immediately. I have since called the 800 number multiple times with questions. Marc has answered every single time and been more than ready and willingn to assist me. My flooring arrived quicker than I thought possible, and I received a hefty discount for ordering as much as I needed for my project. Compared with the sneaky, money hungry flooring experts I had previously been working with, it was a no-brainer to go with On Flooring, and I have been thankful I did ever since I made that decision.
