Great experience overall. We purchased approximately 3,500 sq. ft. of Mohawk SolidTech Luxury Vinyl Planks (145 boxes) and some transition strips. Marc was excellent to work with. He beat competitors prices and worked with us on shipping where he could.
We saved a considerable amount of money. Local retailers could not come close. A couple boxes had some damage, and he did not hesitate to work with Mohawk to send speedy replacements. They also sent order status updates throughout the order process. Marc is fair, low-key and a pleasure to work with. We would purchase from them again. Also, the local delivery company they used was a pleasure and flexible to work with too.
