Our first order we accidentally bought more than what we needed and right after placing the order we caught the mistake. It was later in the evening and I didn't think anyone would answer but I called anyway. I told him what was going on and he said he already saw the order and was just emailing to see if we made a mistake. He got the order corrected and shipped off. We had a little trouble with our second order and it was promptly corrected as well. Our flooring looks great, it was easy to install, and the customer serice is top notch!
