I rate them five stars for sure and would definitely recommend Automotive Excellence. I've known these guys for years and have gone to them multiple times. I would go back again for sure. Their upfront attitude, consistency, diligence, and concern for customer care are amazing. They truly care about the end product. There might be hiccups along the way, but Automotive Excellence is always upfront about what is going on. They are honest guys. I've had bad experiences in the past using dealerships for repairs and the comparison is stark. Automotive Excellence has trustworthy customer service and overall knowledge of automotive everything.
