The customer service rep I dealt with was up front about everything. There was a $75 assessment fee regardless if a fix was performed or not. She also mentioned the minimum visit cost. I decided to go with them anyway.

Bobby B. was the handyman that performed the repair to my vinyl wall trim. After initial inspection, he repaired it and secured the rest of the trim. He also checked the others and pointed out potential issues with them, so I had him perform the repair on those as well. He was friendly, respectful, and he went beyond the scope of work. Overall, I am very satisfied with the how the job was completed.
