Apparently, there was a miscommunication between your office and Mr. Johnson. I was told that to replace a door--with new hinges, new lock, new knob, and no prior holes cut--would take 2-4 hours and two techs, for $508. Mr. Johnson was, I believe, not given the above information. He arrived alone, and did not know the specifics until I told him. The project took nearly 7 hours and cost me $776.43. I still must hire a locksmith to install the knob and deadbolt. Mr. Johnson was clearly unhappy and unprepared to do what I requested. I am unhappy at the money I paid--and that I must pay someone else to finish the work.
