I had a scratch on my vehicle that was so deep, you could feel it when you ran your hand across it. So Newlook Body Works worked on it for about 90 minutes and had to put some filler and lots of buffing with meticulous rubbing on it. It was not only that you couldn't see it but you couldn't feel it. He made it completely disappear--I don't even know how he did it.
