I believe if you are in the service industry you should be a very good service person. I called this company on a Saturday we talked and made an appointment for him to come repaired a lock. To make a very long story short he did not show up nor did he call. After speaking with him on Saturday evening he said I'll be there Sunday at 11 again he did not show up or call. Very disappointment in his service as a lock smith. Sorry for the review because he sound like a very nice person on the phone. I called someone else.
