I love going to Refuge at the Mill Salon. Leah has been my nail artist for the past twelve years and I've followed her through three moves to when she opened up shop. I started using a hair stylist named Terri once I started going to Refuge at the Mill Salon and she does a terrific job on my hair. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend it to anyone.
