Family members had used this agency for their wedding on a cruise. We had paid the deposit ($200) but soon after we unfortunately couldn't attend due to military obligations.
Sharon gave us two options, to pay her ($400) to cancel or schedule for cruise the following year.
Obviously, we picked a date for the following year. Again we have military obligations that would prevent us coming back to the states. Which we informed Sharon but yet she continues to harass us about paying $999.
We never hired her, we never were under contract with this agency, we simply cannot go on a cruise for the two slots we were invited to for a wedding that has already happened. We will continue disregard any calls or emails to avoid paying you to cancel for a service we never applied for.
