Dave has done a couple of things for us. He installed our windows and that was great. The only complaint I had was about the window itself. He put me in contact with the maker and it was resolved. He also built an enclosure attached to the back of my house for the cats and it turned out real nice. He did exactly what I wanted and my cats love it.
