I called in A One Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing because my fireplace wasn't working and they were just excellent. They came out right away when I called. Their technicians were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I also appreciate that if something doesn't work right the first time, they make sure to come back to fix it right away. Their technician explained everything to me in clear detail. He made sure I understood what the problem was and what they were going to do to fix it. I also liked that they explain to you what the possibilities are in case it doesn't work out right. For instance, my fireplace wouldn't light up. So they told me that they would go ahead and clean it, but if that didn't fix the issue, then I would probably have to replace it. A lot of places would just push for a replacement job straightaway. Fortunately, the cleaning took care of the problem and the fireplace is working fine now. Their pricing wasn't bad at all. Overall, I was very happy with them. Although this was my first time using their services, I would most definitely call them back if I ever need to.
