He answered all our questions and wasn't in any big hurry with us. The contractors he got to do the installation did a great job for us. We got coretec, which is a kind of vinyl flooring that looks like wood, and it actually looks like real wood. I would absolutely go back to them again. I checked pricing online and they were very competitive. The subcontractors they recommended for taking up the tile did a great job for us as well. They use a dust-free system so it was less cleaning for us.
