Highly dissatisfied. Not because he recommended a new heater coil but because he wanted to charge $369 for a piece that retails on Amazon for $52. Made disparaging remarks against the goods sold thru Chinese Market and about repairmen who were not fluent in English. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this man.
