Recently I had issues with Refrigerator and I searched online I saw good reviews about Abel Appliances. So i thought I will try and called Larry and he gave me appointment to come by home the next day. He exactly arrived on his appointment time. He diagnosed the problem but he didn't have the part that needs to be replaced. He exactly gave the part details and recommended couple of places where I can buy it. He also shared(showed) the steps how I could replace the part. In that same trip, he also helped me understand how I could make my water heater work better. I was really impressed because I have never seen a technician/repairman teaching you the steps how you do it yourself.
