I found Jordan via another repair service who was booked and WOW.. It’s Christmas weekend and freezer went out eek! Jordan first help troubleshoot over phone and then when freezer didn’t recover he called me 730pm to set appt... for 6AM next morning! Who does that? (He said he realizes many people have wild game/ fish in freezers who have a lot invested.. yes we do!)
In summation, he’s a man of his word, found problem, fixed it and out the door before my first cup of coffee! As a biz owner this is a company that you should hire!
