When the furnaces were installed ,the fresh air intake lines put tight against the furnace.. Behind that line a plastic drain line from the condensate pot to the floor drain... With the extremely cold weather the line froze and water was come from the pot.. Tyson was the serviceman who did the repair... A service call and repair invoice was made... After looking at the work which was done, I called back to the office and talked to Chad about the original install... Chad called me back and we talked about the work and he went to bat for us. we were only charged for a service call and took off the repair cost... Thank you
