Warranty repair costs money?
We've used Weathermakers for a few years. Our furnace was recently replaced by them and because we pay a monthly fee to be members we get an annual checkup/clean/inspection free of charge.
On the most recent service the technician noticed that our under warranty furnace had an electrical motor that was making noise and he told us that it would probably fail.
The part and labour was under warranty but get this, it would cost us almost $200 for him to go back to the shop and pick it up. So much for parts and labour being covered under warranty.
Not impressed.
