I called for service on a broken tension spring. Rick scheduled an appointment and he arrived at the exact time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. With in 1 hour, he replaced both tension springs. He lubricated all moving parts. Re-adjusted the garage door opener to match the new door movement. I would recommend if you have garage door problems...call Rick. You will be very satisfied.
