First of all, the carpet cleaning that Jimmie from Bayside did for me was exceptional (and I've had my carpets cleaned many times). Secondly, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the way in which he worked. I ended up getting a number of services I didn't originally intend to get. He cleaned my sofas and came back later to repair my carpet. Everything was done very, very well. I appreciated his punctuality and honesty, as well.
