So Dissapointed

We used Jason Taylor 13 years ago and it was flawless. We just used them again for our move and it was not a good experience. They scratched our hardwood floors in a brand new house, damaged our wood bed frame, broke shelves on a bookshelf, dinged up walls. It also took way longer than the estimate. Our air mattress was supposed to be put in a box and the crew did not have a box so we had to cut into it to unfold the padding. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Scott, I am sorry you feel the crew did not work up to our normal standards. The crew that moved you constantly performs at a very high standard.
I understand there were some time delays that were beyond the control of our crew that caused the time to run over. If you had called us to express any concerns we certainly would have considered adjusting the bill.
The crew did call us during the loading and expressed concern over the erratic behavior directed towards them due to your excessive alcohol consumption during the move. I truly feel this may have skewed your opinion of our service.
