We moved across the country and paid a hefty sum for JT moving to move our belongings. We kept fastidious records of everything and wrapped and packed everything ourselves.
Somehow they managed to break one of my late grandmother's antique tea cups from England that I wrapped twice over.
They also broke a stone cutting board - in half - and their movers were horribly unprofessional. They burst into our home smelling foul and using language you wouldn't speak around your own mother, let alone a customer.
We tried for days to get confirmation of the date they would arrive to pick up our belongings and even when they'd be dropping everything off. They gave us a range of 4-17 days and erred on the late side, even arriving on a Sunday when they claimed not to include Sunday in their schedule.
When we called to complain of the timeframe, we were scolded fir not understanding our contract. I asked for their copy of the contract - it did not even have our signature on it. The delivery men had a contract that we'd never even saw or signed.
Any positive review I'm convinced is a local move and something you could look to the next company for. If you're moving out of state, I implore you, do NOT use this company.
