If I could, I'd give six stars to Flooring Superstores Edmonton South for service! I highly recommend them. They took very good care of us. We placed a special order for tiles that had to be shipped from the States. When the shipment arrived, it was short four boxes. So Flooring Superstores pushed the manufacturer to send the missing four boxes fast. When they finally did arrive, one of the boxes was a different material than we ordered. Again, Flooring Superstores got right on the horn and chased that down immediately. They made sure I didn't have to pay extra and even gave me a credit for the missing boxes. I didn't ask them to do any of that, they just did it. Finally, they knew we were from a ways out of town and made sure everything was correct and ready to go so we only had to make one trip into town for the order. It was a pleasure to work with Flooring Superstores Edmonton South. Our new floor looks great.
