We have used Flooring Superstore Edmonton South to buy our Vinyl Planks and they recommend an installer. Everything well and they did a great job. There were some vinyl planks in later years that were discolored and defective. We talked to Ryan at the store and he was very helpful in discussing this with his boss. He offered replacements for the damaged product, however the width of the product had changed and Paul and his boss tried to locate some old stock in Red Deer to accommodate us. They went that extra step to assist and was unable to secure the right size. Consequently, they provided the replacements and a name of a contractor who has a table saw to cut the width of the product. We really appreciate the great customer service.
