We have used Flooring Superstores Edmonton South twice. Both times we purchased boxes of flooring. Everyone in this facility was very helpful and they were always very helpful. Both times they had the flooring in stock at this store. We did our own installation and my floors look very good.

We do not live in Edmonton where this store is. We first visited the Red Deer location for the flooring we were looking for and they did not have it in stock.
I really did not care for nor was I impressed with the man who helped us in Red Deer. He almost acted as though he didn't care if we left or not. He let us know that he could get the flooring we wanted from the Red Deer store but it would cost us a $40 shipping charge. We decided that we did not want to pay that shipping charge. We waited until we were going to Edmonton and stopped at that location and purchased our flooring and the customer service was amazing!

I will continue to purchase my flooring from Flooring Superstores Edmonton South even though I know I will have to travel a bit to get it!
