This was the first and will be the last time that I ever use Flooring Superstores Edmonton South. I bought the products from them. Everything was fine with that. Then the service man came out to my home to install the carpeting. He hit my neighbor's pole with his truck! The management company has photos of his truck hitting and damaging the pole. When I discussed it with the technician he completely denied it! Yet, we have all of the photos of this happening. The management company got in touch with him and informed him of the photos and he is still denying it ever happened. He will not take responsibility for it or even take it seriously. I am very disturbed that this happened and do not know what else to do. I wish that the company would contact me. When I call there all I get is that technician! I recommend not using them and I certainly will never use them again myself.
