I usually deal with Aron. I used to use him on my jobs as an installer but he has since gone into sales. It was important to have a good job done and since his father was also an installer, he learned a lot of "little tricks" and cared a lot and that set him apart from many installers. That experience makes him very knowledgable about the products they sell. He's also very easy going which is nice for a person who doesn't like high pressure salesmen. But let's face it, most people are most concerned about the price and that's why I keep using Carpet Superstore and referring my customers to them.
