My husband and I have just recently placed our carpet order and are eagerly awaiting a new look for our home. Friends had nothing but the best to say about his customer service, and in our personal experience, he did not disappoint. That alone has truly made our experience at this store a very positive one. We looked around at many other stores before finding exactly what we wanted, and with a salesman we could trust. He worked diligently with us to find a carpet that we loved, and one that we could afford. I highly recommend dealing with him for his incredible customer service and knowledge of the industry. Now we await our carpet delivery and are optimistic that it will be just as satisfying as our experience in store.
