I have done business with Carpet Superstores Edmonton South for about four or five years now and they've been pretty good. I usually deal with the same guy in the store. He's given me his cell number so I have good access to him. I can call him whenever I need to and he's very knowledgeable and responsive. They take care of all our flooring work and they're professional and good at what they do. I can't say that they always get everything right as there have been issues in the past. But they have always been responsive and resolved any issue that has come up. Overall, I'd say they're professional and competent.
