We visited the store 3 times to pick samples and were always given excellent service by Brian. Your policy of allowing us to sign for samples rather than paying for them and then getting a refund when we brought them back was greatly appreciated. Also having the installer come out and quote an estimate at no charge was another positive. There were no hidden costs and the estimate was exactly what we were charged. Our installer, Steve, was incredible! He completed was very personable and professional. He completed the job within the time line he quoted and did very thorough job of cleaning up after the job was complete. I would highly recommend both the store and the installer to friends and family.
