Two years ago we bought carpet and vinyl planking for our new (to us) home. We installed the vinyl planking ourselves but had their installers install the carpet
They did not bring enough underlay so they shorted two door entrances and our steps. It is very obvious as there is a sudden drop in the height if the carpet. Also there are spikes that poke through in a number of the stairs. We complained right away and got a promise that in two weeks it would be fixed. It was not. We have complained since, even this year and still no action. We would not recommend this company if you are looking for quality installers or customer satisfaction.
