I've continued with them mainly because of my experience with one or two individuals who have been at the Crystal Lake location long-term. They are always straightforward, always direct and honest. I've been very impressed with them over the years.

I would only recommend the Crystal Lake location, because that's the one I have experience with. I suggest you ask for Bob in particular. Explain what's wrong with your car, and he'll give you honest feedback.
